The CIS story begins in 2008, when CEO Todd Durham founded a business called Cryogenic Solutions in his garage. At that time, the company focused on refurbishing liquid oxygen tanks. Over time, the company expanded into servicing oxygen concentrators, apnea monitors and other products.
